  2. Make a split with one leg straight in front of you, knee and toes up. Your back leg should be straight behind you, with your knee and toes facing the ground.

  3. Arch back and look back toward your back leg. Bend the knee of the leg back and put your foot up toward your head. Make sure your back leg is straight behind you, and not on one side.

  4. Use your hand to pull your foot toward the head now hold this position. The idea is to look like a scorpion, with the leg raised behind you like the sting.
